No Shipping Policy
Frosted Dream Bakeshop

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At Frosted Dream Bakeshop, we take pride in offering fresh, handcrafted baked goods. To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, we do not offer shipping services.

1. No Shipping Available

We do not ship any of our products via postal or courier services. Our baked goods are highly perishable and are best enjoyed fresh — shipping may compromise their taste, texture, and appearance.

2. Pickup or Local Delivery Only

Customers can receive their orders by:

  • Pickup at our shop located at:
    120 Star Ave Bisbee, AZ 85603
  • Local Delivery within 50 mile radius of Bisbee, Arizona - in Arizona Only
    Delivery fees and minimum order amounts may apply.

3. How to Select Pickup or Delivery

When placing your order:

  • Choose “Pickup” and select your preferred date and time.
  • Or select “Local Delivery” and provide a valid address within our delivery zone.

4. Missed Deliveries or Pickups

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or late pickups.

Return and Refund Policy

 

No Refund Policy
Frosted Dream Bakeshop

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At Frosted Dream Bakeshop, all of our baked goods are made fresh, often to order, and with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases made.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final once payment is processed. Please ensure that your order details (flavors, quantities, pickup/delivery dates, etc.) are correct before submitting.

2. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: We require 2 days’ notice for any changes or cancellations to custom or large orders. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, the order will be processed as scheduled.
  • Standard Orders: Orders placed online, in-person, or by phone are not eligible for changes or cancellations once confirmed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos and a description of the issue. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Pickup and Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect delivery information
  • Orders not picked up on time
  • Damage after pickup or delivery

5. Food Allergies and Preferences

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, but we are not liable for allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or restrictions before ordering.
